MEET JACQUELINE

HELLO, I’m Jacqueline.

I’m a mother, a lover of all things natural, a passionate foodie, and a deep desire to help others heal.

In terms of formal qualifications- I’m a Clinical Nutritionist, Metabolic Balance® Coach, Bowen Therapist, Beauty Therapist and ERT (Emotional Release Technique) Coach.

My career started in Beauty Therapy. I ran a salon in the Wheatbelt of Western Australia for 15 years.

After moving to Perth, WA, I wanted to be able to treat the skin from a deeper level. I knew diet had a significant role to play with skin health, so I completed a Bachelor in Heath Science in Clinical and Dietetic Medicine.

I love working with women who struggle with their health and weight as they enter their perimenopausal years and beyond. I also get great satisfaction helping those considering bariatic/gastric surgery and teaching them how to achieve weight loss without the surgery but with personalised nutrtion and support and learn how to keep it off.

My experience has shown me that women need individualised and personalised nutrition to achieve optimal health in their later years as there is so much confusing information.

Seeing the transformation in my clients health and the joy they now have knowing that they have achieved their goals the natural and healthy way fulfills my passion for what I do.

MY APPROACH

I won’t deny it- I like to mix things up a little. I have a particular set of skills which means I can see how they can benefit a client who may be suffering in their health, so naturally, I want to combine the modalities to give them the best outcome possible.

It’s so hard to pinpoint one particular area that I love to work on, but I am wildly passionate about helping others through skin issues, gut complaints, hormone imbalance and thyroid problems.

There’s a lot of overlap between these- so the way I work is- clients will come in to see me for an initial consultation, and then I can completely customise a treatment plan that will work the best for them.

I absolutely 100% prefer to work in person, one-on-one at my home studio in Bateman. This is because I love to get hands-on with clients by using Bowen Therapy. The regulating effects that Bowen has on the nervous and hormonal systems are phenomenal and so beneficial for many of the health conditions I see.

There is the option to work via phone or Zoom if you are looking purely for Clinical Nutrition support. I am flexible and will help where I can.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your recovery journey.
